this role will also collaborate with the Head of Trade Support – Options to address cross‑functional needs and maintain seamless coordination across both areas of trade support.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesExecution of foreign exchange products (i.e. swaps)Inputting trades into Monex’s in‑house systemAssisting the front‑of‑house trading teamVerification and error identificationDaily reporting of client positions including valuation and collateral managementCommunicating with clients to resolve queriesCoordinating with the Risk and Settlement departmentsKnowledge & Expertise (not all essential)Proficiency in the internal proprietary FXDB system for trade processing and reconciliationStrong understanding of spot and forward FX markets, including trade lifecycles and risk managementFamiliarity with trade support systems and tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and ExcelExperience with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for FX transactionsProven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and operational excellenceCollaboration with Treasury, Compliance, and Operations teams to align trade support processes with broader organizational goals
