Your work will shape and guide the sustainable decisions of investors, companies and consumers worldwide.About The RoleWe are looking for a Junior Data Research Associate who will help us ensure that we have the most accurate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data, in order to provide the most reliable sustainability impact measurements.The role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic, talented, diverse and young company, as well as be part of the team that leads Data acquisition…one of the foundations of Clarity AI’s value proposition.What You’ll Be DoingWorking as a Junior Associate - Data Research, your role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:Collecting, verifying, and processing Sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange,



and government regulator websites and official reportsAssisting in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance and data monitoringConducting frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assisting in the development of methodologies for the collection of best-in-class dataMentoring and training external contractors and internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworksPerform ad hoc team projects as neededThe role is based in Madrid, SpainWay of Working: Remote / HybridWhat You’ll NeedHighly motivated, independent, proactive and deeply passionate about sustainability and impactIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel, database applications, and BI tools (e.g. Quicksight)Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail to work with complex data setsAt least a Bachelor’s degree- Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Itl.
