As a Bank Teller in Palma, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, professional, and agile customer service directly at the counter window.
Managing everyday cash transactions and ensuring accurate counter operations.
Delivering key administrative support to assist with general office workflows.
Ensuring that all transactions and services meet strict standards of safety, quality, and speed.
To qualify for this opportunity, you should meet the following requirements:




Proven professional experience in customer service or front-desk positions.
Practical proficiency in using essential Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication skills with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.
A collaborative mindset and strong ability to work well within a team.
What is offered in this role:
A permanent employment contract (Indefinido) offering stability in the private sector.
A monthly salary of 1,500 EUR gross.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:30, with an additional afternoon shift on Wednesdays from 16:30 to 19:00.
