You'll develop expertise in marketplace operations while building toward more senior leadership roles.ResponsibilitiesManage a destination portfolio - Oversee markets, ensuring each has correct configurations and meets GFS and Great Rides targetsMonitor performance at scale - Use dashboards and alerts to track key metrics, intervening only when thresholds are breachedCapture market intelligence - Collect insights on pricing, competition, and local conditions across your portfolio.
