Working with business stakeholders and the IT PMO, the role will manage the set up and successful relocation / migration to new locations and office spaces, including setting up, testing and deploying IT infrastructure and systems.The role:Manage the set up and migration to new office locations in Madrid and wider European countries end-to-endProject Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-upIT Project Management:



End-to-end delivery including engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a smooth new office / workplace set-upTrack and report on Project Progress across assigned scope ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetAccording to the project plan: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time deliveryManage risk and resolve issuesRequirements:IT Project Manager with prior experience in office set up / office opening or site relocationIT infrastructure and IT Operations project management experienceStrong communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of Project Management methodologies: PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or similar desirableLocation: MadridType: Interim contract (6 months initially) with possibility to extend.
