Requirements
Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
Mandatory residence in Spain.
Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.
Availability aligned with US time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.
Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.
Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.

Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on-site in Madrid.
This is a permanent contract position.
Enjoy 22 days of annual leave plus 24-31 December discretionary days, and Friday afternoons off.
