ResponsibilitiesOwn the full AP lifecycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, payment execution, and posting in NetSuiteManage domestic and international vendor payments via Ramp and Airwallex including ACH, wire, virtual cards, and FXMaintain vendor master data, including banking details, tax documentation, and compliance requirementsMonitor AP aging, cash disbursements, and payment timing in coordination with Accounting and TreasurySupport month‑end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and AP‑related reportingServe as system owner for Ramp, including corporate cards, employee reimbursements, and approval workflowsConfigure and maintain spend policies, categories, limits, and role‑based approval chainsEnsure accurate mapping from Ramp to NetSuite (GL accounts, cost center)Act as a primary point of contact for employee and executive expense questions while enforcing policyOwn and maintain integrations between Ramp, Airwallex, and NetSuite, including troubleshooting sync and posting issuesDrive continuous improvements to procure‑to‑pay workflows, documentation, and internal controlsAssist with scaling AP and expense processes across multiple legal entities, currencies, and geographiesPartner with FP&A;, Legal,



and Operations on spend visibility, budgeting, and vendor management initiativesEnsure strong internal controls across payables, expenses, and payments, including segregation of dutiesSupport audits, bank requests, and compliance initiatives related to procure‑to‑payMaintain clear documentation of policies, workflows, and approval structuresRequirements5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or accounting operationsHands‑on experience administering Ramp in a corporate environmentExperience executing domestic and international payments using Airwallex or similar fintech FX/payment platformsStrong working knowledge of NetSuite, including GL coding and multi‑entity setupsExperience operating in a fast‑paced, scaling organizationHigh attention to detail with a strong internal‑controls mindset.Preferred: Experience supporting multi‑subsidiary, multi‑currency environmentsExposure to audit support, SOC 2, or regulated industriesPrior ownership of AP, expense, or payments system implementationsStrong cross‑functional communication skills and comfort working onsite with leadership.
