About the role
Arabian Private Holdings is currently advising a Spanish financial services provider on their digital interface and reporting structures.
This Associate Frontend
Developer role exists to build the functional components that deliver our strategic insights to the client. You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical implementation matches the clarity and rigor required by our mandates.
About Arabian Private Holdings
We founded this firm on the principle that critical business problems do not require massive consulting teams or hundred page methodology decks. Instead, we provide experienced partners who sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. Our work covers corporate strategy and operating model efficiency for significant family groups, government entities, and listed corporations.
We choose a remote operating model to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. If a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are direct about it: if it is, we stay involved until the results are delivered.
What you will do
- Translate design mockups into functional web components using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
- Update client facing dashboards to reflect changes in portfolio structures and governance models.
- Assist in the development of data visualization tools for our Spanish financial services mandate.
- Identify and fix layout bugs to ensure a consistent experience across different web browsers.
- Collaborate with principals to ensure the digital interface matches the clarity of our written advice.
- Document technical processes to ensure long term maintenance of the client codebase.
- Participate in internal code reviews to learn best practices in frontend architecture.
- Propose small improvements to the user interface that simplify how clients interact with their data.
What we are looking for
- A foundational understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- The ability to write clear, structured code that others can easily read and maintain.
- Precise written communication skills when explaining technical issues to non technical partners.
- A logical approach to diagnosing and solving visual or functional defects in a web application.
- Curiosity about how financial data is structured and presented to high level decision makers.
- Experience with a version control system like Git, through personal projects, studies, or internships.
- Comfort working in a professional, remote environment where clear documentation is essential.
How we work
Our firm operates entirely remotely. This means we rely heavily on written precision and asynchronous communication to move mandates forward. Mentoring happens through direct feedback on your work rather than formal training programs. We value individuals who can manage their own schedule and focus on producing high quality results without constant supervision.
Our culture is professional and sober: we value the strength of an argument over the volume of a presentation. We prioritize portfolio clarity and honest advice, and we expect our technical team to reflect those same values in the code they write.
What the role offers
- Attractive and competitive pay for the role and the current market.
- The ability to work from any location in a fully remote, permanent role.
- Direct exposure to high level corporate strategy and the operating models of major firms.
- Professional development through close collaboration with firm principals.
- A focused work environment that prioritizes technical quality and logical rigor.
