We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads by engaging IT managers across the globe.
Responsibilities
Engage with key decision‑makers: initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current technology stack.
Spark interest: present our client’s innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can improve processes and productivity.
Create high‑value opportunities: set up meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to advance the sales funnel.
Qualifications
C2 level English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus (not required)
Experience in customer service is a plus (not required)
Previous CRM experience is desirable (not required)
Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Residence in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
Legal right to work in Spain (full‑time)
Compensation & Benefits
Permanent contract with a monthly salary of approximately €1,780 + uncapped commission
Average UK team members earn €746 per month in incentives; high‑performing colleagues earn over €1,000 per month
