This role combines hands-on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced global environment.What You Will DoEmployee Lifecycle ManagementManage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirementsCoordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminationsSupport offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT, ensuring compliance and accurate documentationAdminister Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislationEnsure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentation,



and required records are accurately maintained within WorkdayPartner with General Mobility and external vendors when immigration or relocation support is requiredHR Operations & ComplianceSupport compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies across EMEA countries, particularly Spain, the UK, and PortugalMaintain awareness of legislative updates impacting HR operations and elevate potential risks appropriatelySupport audits and compliance reviews, ensuring employee data integrity and documentation accuracyPartner closely with Payroll, Legal, HR Tech, and PBPs to ensure operational accuracy and process consistencyExecute regular audits of HRIS data and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliancePeople Operations Systems & Process ImprovementSupport continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations processes and workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally to create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelinesIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions to improve employee and stakeholder experienceUtilize JIRA, Workday, and reporting tools to manage requests, track metrics, and improve operational effectivenessEmployee Support & Stakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted operational partner for employees, managers, and PBPs across assigned regionsProvide guidance on People Operations processes, policies, and employee lifecycle mattersSupport sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detailHelp drive consistency and operational excellence across global People Operations practicesWhat We OfferThis is a temporary position for an initial duration of 6 months, with potential for permanent incorporation based on performance and business needsCompetitive salary package in the range of €33,000 – €36,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.Hybrid working model, offering flexibility between remote work and office presence in BarcelonaAccess to social benefits in line with company policyOpportunity to develop professionally in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environmentCollaborative and multicultural team environment with high visibility across different business areas
