Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and on-site at our office in the center of Barcelona.
This is a hands‑on role focused on managing and executing social media activity across multiple platforms, with close collaboration with the management team. The role requires a professional, structured, and business‑oriented mindset and is not influencer‑focused.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow Tinniless’ social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Plan content calendars and ensure consistency, quality, and professional tone
Adapt content to different platforms and audiences, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional communication
Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
Use AI tools to support content creation,



optimization, and workflow efficiency
Support the team with presentations, decks, and structured business materials
Work closely with management to align social media activity with company and growth objectives
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing multiple platforms
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience developing and executing content strategies
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity
Ability to create clear, professional presentations
Understanding of business and growth processes
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Barcelona
