You'll play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value-add asset management strategies.The OpportunityAs Asset Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders.Managing lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and occupier negotiationsDriving asset performance and maximise income generationSupporting refurbishment,
