They have visited our platform, shown interest in buying property in Spain, and are waiting for someone to connect with them.Your job is to engage them, understand what they are looking for, and book them in for a consultation / online meeting with one of our real estate agents. We target a minimum of 2 bookings per day - your earnings grow directly with your results.What we offer€1,700/month gross fixed base salaryMonthly performance bonusCommission on property sales generated from your bookingsFull training provided - no previous experience requiredModern office in Bel‑Air, EsteponaInternational European teamRotating schedule: 10:00-18:00 and 12:00-20:00Two weekend shifts per month,
