We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office B2C/B2B, customer service & Reception full-time.

This dual role is key to ensuring a smooth customer experience across our eCommerce channels and creating a welcoming and professional first impression at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

- Back Office B2B/B2C & customer service:

1. Monitor sales through our logistics system.
2. Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, social networks or other channels.
3. Resolve incidents related to orders, shipments, returns or product information...
4. Coordinate with logistics operators and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, order summaries and customer account analysis.
6. Collect and transmit customer feedback to improve service and detect recurring issues.
7. Assist in uploading and updating products (descriptions, prices, images).
8. Support promotional campaigns, newsletters and launches.
9. Support web performance analysis through basic KPIs.

- Reception:

1. Greet visitors and provide a positive welcoming experience in the office.
2. Receive and distribute mail and packages.
3.



Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
4. Management and control of sample sets.

PROFILE & SKILLS

Previous experience (1-2 years) in a sales, sales support or logistics position (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

Good communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP and Shopify systems is a plus.

Proactive person with teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of social networks.

Passion for fashion and interest in the brand universe.
