Its Energy Storage Systems (ESS) division focuses on supporting the growing global demand for energy storage and enabling the transition toward renewable energy.Role OverviewInstallation & commissioning of lithium-ion energy storage systems (containerized solutions) across EMEA and occasionally worldwideOperation & maintenance support for existing lithium-ion productsKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand customer applicationsAdapt system configurations (battery solutions, power systems, electrical infrastructure) to customer needsEnsure proper conditions of use and maintenance on‑siteSupport customers and demonstrate solution reliability compared to competitorsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with engineering teamsProvide remote monitoring and diagnostics supportTrain local partners and subcontractors on maintenance proceduresSupport bidding processes with field expertiseContinuously develop product and market knowledgeContribute to defining service strategies and best practicesEnsure safety, reliability, and operational standards are implemented on‑siteKnowledge sharing & documentation: Contribute to technical documentation (manuals, tools, diagnostic systems)Deliver training sessions to customers and partnersField Service ActivitiesService interventionsSystem testing and validationTroubleshooting and repairsComponent replacementTraining deliveryEnsure compliance with corporate safety policiesMonitor and improve customer satisfactionProfileEngineering background (electrical, energy, electronics, automation, or similar)Field experience, including outdoor and international environmentsKnowledge of battery systems and applicationsStrong understanding of electrical systemsCertifications (Required):Health & safety training (construction-related, minimum 20 hours)Advanced safety certification (minimum 60 hours + additional specialization training)
