Spanish and English Speaking | Seville | 2–4 October 2026

We are a friendly international family from the UK looking for a highly organised, proactive and resourceful local assistant to support us during a family wedding weekend in Seville.

This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys helping people, solving practical problems and making things happen. You will work closely with our family and wedding suppliers, becoming our trusted local point of contact throughout the weekend.

This is an operational support role rather than a lead wedding‑planning position. Every day will be different, and the successful candidate must be comfortable responding calmly and flexibly to changing requirements.





Key dates and expected hours
The core in‑person commitment will be:

Friday 2 October:

approximately 8–10 hours

Saturday 3 October:

approximately 10–12 hours

Sunday 4 October:

approximately 10–12 hours

Final start and finish times will be confirmed during the interview process. Appropriate breaks will be provided throughout each day.

There will also be a small amount of paid preparation before the wedding, expected to include:

One approximately one‑hour video call during August

Approximately two to three hours of calls during September, potentially arranged as short weekly check‑ins

Occasional agreed support with local telephone calls, supplier coordination or practical arrangements

The exact pre‑wedding requirements will be discussed and agreed in advance.
