You will be proactive and contact users before the training to control all the requirements and help them to connect to our systems.You will administrate our Learning Management System and work closely with the project manager in improvement projects. You will maintain up to date our LMS and create new features into or LMS based on request or evolution.As part of this role, you will also work with users to fix issues and provide a support to the learning team, be the first point of contact between ADP and our provider and the learning team and our learners. You will participate meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.You will integrate a mature support structure.You will assist in reporting to aid the team in forecasting workload and provide reporting.What you'll do: ResponsibilitiesMaintain learning technologies operationsBe the main point of contact for learning technologies providers (DEFI, XPERTEAM) for daily operationsFollow up with users and providers on tickets raised or malfunctions of the systemsEnsure efficient and reliable systems interfacesAid in providing dashboard and report needed for businessEnsure that the different platforms are updated by the different contributors according to standardsCustomize the LMS platform according to our needsMaintain our LMS up to dateRealize test on our staging environmentWork closely with the training team and project manager in LMS improvement projectBe proactive to provide solutionsPartner with StakeholdersActively listen,



understand and respond to stakeholdersProvide regular status updates to business stakeholders and cross-functional teamsObtain approvals on project change requests so all stakeholders are informed of the impactsParticipate to weekly meeting with our provider / CSM to review the ticketParticipate to weekly and monthly team meetingProvide regular reportingAssist users of the systemsHelp participant to connect to the training session.Help Learning consultant when they meet difficulties to reach the training sessionHelpline / pre control the requirements with the participants before the trainingCategorize each phone call to provide reportingBe proactive and organize workshop to control with the participant the connection processCreate tickets to report malfunctionsTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: RequirementsA college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
