LIMBELA STUDIO is a creative studio specialising in art direction, design, planning and production of events and weddings, both nationally and internationally.

We create projects with a strong visual and experiential identity, approaching each one from both a creative and strategic perspective.

Our work moves constantly between conceptual development, spatial design, materials, suppliers, budgets, production, logistics and all the details required to transform an idea into a real experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Junior Event Planner & Creative Designer to join our team full-time in Madrid.

Someone capable of developing an idea, researching how to bring it to life, communicating with suppliers, organising information, working within a budget, solving problems and being there when everything comes to life.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Participate in the planning, creative development and production of weddings, events and other creative projects.
- Research and source venues, suppliers, materials, furniture and production solutions.
- Contribute ideas and references throughout the creative process.
- Support the development of visual proposals, presentations and project documentation.
- Coordinate suppliers and follow up on quotations, timelines and deliverables.
- Work with budgets, production schedules and project timelines.
- Participate in meetings with clients and suppliers.
- Attend site visits, installations, productions and event days.
- Anticipate potential challenges and find practical solutions throughout the process.




- Gradually take on greater responsibility for projects as you grow within the studio.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Creative, with strong visual sensitivity, a good eye for aesthetics and curiosity for new trends and references.
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise tasks and manage timelines and budgets.
- Hard-working, adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Able to balance creativity, practicality and budget awareness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a client-oriented mindset.
- Eager to learn, evolve, take on responsibility and grow with the studio.
- Background in events, design, fashion, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and presentation tools, Excel, office software, cloud-based file management and social media as a tool for inspiration and research.
- C1+ English and own vehicle are essential. Additional languages will be highly valued.
- Available to work on-site in Boadilla del Monte, with flexibility regarding schedules and travel depending on event requirements.
