The role

This Junior Program Coordinator position supports our ongoing work with a major Spanish infrastructure group. The role involves managing the coordination and administrative foundation of a large-scale project aimed at improving organizational accountability. As a fully remote position, you will work closely with our consultants to ensure that every project milestone is tracked and every piece of evidence is correctly documented.

What you will do

- Maintain the master project schedule to ensure that all deadlines for the infrastructure group are met.
- Draft detailed meeting minutes that focus on specific decisions and the assignment of new responsibilities.
- Organize and categorize documentation that supports our analysis of the client's internal friction.
- Coordinate schedules and information requests between our remote team and client representatives.
- Assist in producing the final reports and written paths forward that we deliver to executive teams.
- Track project resources and update internal status reports on a weekly basis.
- Support the gathering of data required to understand the client's current governance structures.
- Review all project documents for consistency in formatting and precision in language.
