As a Digital Project Delivery Engineer at AECOM, you bridge project delivery and digital innovation to enhance efficiency and scalability. You will apply hands-on BIM skills together with data, automation, and digital solutions to improve decision-making across projects. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven workflows and standardized digital practices.

- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure model alignment across deliverables
- Provide hands-on BIM coordination and BEP development support
- Lead adoption of digital solutions to boost project performance
- Design and implement data-driven workflows integrating BIM with other systems
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for reliable data usage
- Create dashboards and reports (Power BI) for project monitoring
- Automate workflows using Power Platform and scripting
- Integrate data across BIM, CDE, GIS, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with project teams to identify process improvements and digital opportunities
- Contribute to digital standards, templates, and reusable solutions across the organization
Responsabilidades
- 2-5 years of BIM and/or digital roles in AEC or similar industries
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and project delivery processes
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) xugodme
- Experience in data transformation and ETL processes (Power Query or similar)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Agile profile with ability to rapidly learn and adopt new technologies
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
