Responsibilities - Serve as a statistical department resource - Conduct training sessions and enhance skills of existing personnel - Collaborate with the sponsor and review project work produced by other statisticians - Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion Requirements - Experience mentoring biostatisticians on job skills - Experience preparing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) - Knowledge of SAS annotated case report forms (CRFs) and SAS database design - Ability to oversee training plans or materials for Biostatistics associates - Proven statistical programming skills - Experience conducting quality control of project deliverables
