The core of this role is to represent Selectif on camera and become one of the visible faces of the brand .

We are not looking for a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Content Creator responsible for coming up with, filming, or editing the content.

We are looking for someone with an excellent on-camera presence and attitude, fluent and natural spoken English, and the ability to communicate in a warm, elegant, and aspirational way.

The content will be produced in English , so a very high level of spoken English is essential, along with the ability to express yourself fluently, spontaneously, and naturally on camera.

At Selectif, we are looking for a Brand Ambassador / On-Camera Content Talent to become one of the visible faces of our brand and help us communicate the Selectif universe in a warm, elegant, natural, and aspirational way.

We are looking for someone with charisma, energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong on-camera presence , who can connect with an international audience and naturally represent Selectif’s values and aesthetic.

You will have the support of our creative team, who will be responsible for content ideation, planning, filming, and editing . Your role will focus primarily on performing and presenting in front of the camera, for both photography and video content .

Content may include Reels, TikToks, lifestyle videos, product presentations and demonstrations,



unboxings, styling, fashion tips, educational content, trends, campaigns, behind-the-scenes content, and other social media formats.

▪️Key Responsabilities

• Be one of the visible faces of Selectif across our organic and audiovisual content.

- Appear regularly in Reels, TikToks, Stories, lifestyle videos, photography, and other branded content.
- Present Selectif products, collections, new launches, and services on camera.

• Communicate in fluent, natural, and confident English in videos aimed at our international audience.

- Deliver short scripts, concepts, and messages prepared by our creative team in a natural and credible way.
- Feel equally comfortable following a script or improvising when the format requires it.
- Communicate the brand’s values and personality in a warm, aspirational, and authentic way.
- Showcase our products in natural and lifestyle settings while maintaining a polished image consistent with Selectif’s premium positioning.
- Take part in regular photography and content filming sessions at our office and other locations in Barcelona.
- Work alongside the Creative Direction, Content, and Marketing teams to translate concepts, messages, and ideas into the brand’s audiovisual language.

▪️Profile

- Female, aged 30–40, in line with our company’s core target audience.
- Available to attend in-person filming sessions in Barcelona.

• Fluent and natural spoken English. Native or bilingual proficiency preferred. Clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate spontaneously and confidently will be highly valued.

- Excellent attitude, presence, and confidence on camera.
- Expressive and communicative, with the ability to convey energy and personality without coming across as artificial or overly commercial.
- Previous experience as a presenter, actress, model, content creator, UGC creator, brand ambassador,



or in other roles involving regular on-camera work.
- Experience appearing in branded content, preferably within the fashion, luxury, beauty, jewelry, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
- Ability to memorize and deliver short scripts while communicating messages naturally.
- Comfortable improvising and expressing yourself spontaneously on camera.
- A strong interest in and sensitivity to fashion, luxury, styling, trends, and the premium lifestyle space.
- Strong attention to personal presentation and the ability to adapt your look to the context and aesthetic of each production.
- Ability to understand a brand’s tone of voice and adapt your communication style to different types of content.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a creative team.
- Availability and flexibility to participate regularly in content creation sessions.

You do not need to have your own social media following or previous experience as an influencer. We place much greater value on communication skills, naturalness on camera, and alignment with Selectif’s personality and aesthetic.

▪️Nice to Have (Desirable but Essential)

- Good knowledge of current trends, formats, and content styles across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media video formats and conventions.
- Ability to contribute ideas and identify formats that work naturally with your personality and on-camera style.
