We offer: The Salary Range for this role is 19K – 24K EUR annual.Role PurposeWe are looking for a Junior HR Coordinator profile, ideally a recent postgraduate /or 0.5 years of experience / great potential that learns quickly. The candidate should be data-driven, have a good understanding of AI tools and technology, and demonstrate strong learning agility.This role ensures smooth, compliant, and well-coordinated employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries. It plays a critical part in maintaining data accuracy, process consistency, and operational excellence, while supporting both HR and business stakeholders.The position combines hands-on coordination, data governance, and continuous process alignment, including a significant proportion of non-visible but business-critical activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Pre-Day 1 CoordinationCoordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including:Workplace readiness (desk, badge, access)Liaise with IT, Office Management, and local teams to ensure Day 1 readinessManage onboarding communication and announcements (tracking completion)Ensure all documentation (contracts, compliance checks) is completed and trackedEmployee Lifecycle CoordinationAct as coordination point for employee lifecycle changes, ensuring consistency across systems and stakeholders:Manager changes, title updates, organizational movesLeave management support (e.g., sick leave, maternity, long absences)Joiners / movers / leavers trackingEnsure all updates are:Aligned across HR, Finance,
and business stakeholdersReflected consistently across all tools and systemsData Accuracy & Systems ManagementMaintain high-quality and consistent employee data across multiple platforms:Cost forecastingEnsure alignment across:HR systemsFinance tracking filesBusiness reportingEnsure real-time accuracy of organizational information across tools:Maintain and update:Teams and Outlook structuresDistribution lists and communication groupsOrganizational announcements and directoriesUpdate org charts and team structures to reflect latest changesProcess Governance & CoordinationMaintain onboarding/offboarding checklists and trackersMonitor completion and follow up with stakeholdersIdentify and correct inconsistencies across processes and systemsEnsure process standardization across countriesHidden / Non-Visible Value-Add (Core to Role)Continuous follow-ups across IT, Finance, managers, and vendorsManaging exceptions, delays, last-minute adjustmentsEnsuring end-to-end process continuity and quality, often behind the scenesActing as a consistency gatekeeper across multiple data sources and processesScope & ComplexityMulti-country environment (7–8 countries)High volume of parallel processes (joiners, changes, leavers)Strong dependency on cross-functional coordinationMix of operational execution + data governanceKey Success FactorsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyHigh ownership of coordination and follow-through, anticipation of the next phase of end-to-end processAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesProactive mindset to identify and resolve inconsistenciesStructured and process-oriented approachAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
