Sales and Operations teams.Help with guest requests, bookings and activities.Polo Field & Club SupportGet outside and experience the day‑to‑day life of a polo clubHelp prepare equipment, drinks and guest areas for polo sessions.Make sure everything is ready at the right field and at the right time.Keep equipment, buggies and operational areas organised, clean and ready to go.Help set up and reset guest areas before and after polo sessions.Support the team with the practical tasks that keep the club running smoothly.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForFluent English – essential. Conversational Spanish is a plus.Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or working with international clients.Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and general computer tools.Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.Proactive, versátil and happy to work in a hands‑on, active environment.Comfortable with last‑minute changes and taking initiative.Valid driving licence and own transport – essential.Available to start immediately and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.BenefitsContractShort‑term seasonal contractFull‑time.Immediate start.Main workplace: Puente de Hierro – Polo Valley, San Roque / Sotogrande.
