Benefits & Working Environment

- 24 working days of paid annual leave, plus applicable public holidays in Madrid.
- An additional six to eight paid days off during the company’s Christmas closure, depending on the calendar.
- A bright Madrid office with access to a sunny rooftop terrace.
- Structured onboarding and practical sales training.
- Regular coaching, call reviews and support during your development.
- Remote flexibility may be considered once training is complete and performance is consistent.
- Clear progression based on results, consistency and increasing responsibility.
