The Senior Domain Specialist will also identify, promote and coach improvement projects to improve the performance of the entire Puratos Group.What You Will DoThe Senior Domain Specialist will be an expert in his/her functional domain and will be responsible for implementing projects in R&D; and Quality domain. This functional specialist combines a strong functional background with technical acumen and a passion for operational excellence. This function will play a key role in supporting our digital transformation of the R&D; function and implementing solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.The key tasks are split in three major areasRoll-out of HQ chosen applications in Puratos subsidiariesAnalyze existing processes of the companyBuild partnership with the local management team to handle the organizational impact resulting from the implementationPropose and facilitate organizational changes if appropriate and neededAct as template keeper during projects: protect and enforce the template and contribute to template development based on gained experience in roll out projectsHelp key users migrate the old data to the new systemEnsure common rules and data are respected, meaning template processes are followedSPOC for the Key Users during the projects; gathering feedback and providing innovative insights. Initiating development proposals,



and new solutions to gapsImplement the application localizations applicable in the region/countryTransfer to the Key users the necessary knowledge to use the application in a correct mannerHelp the Key users to test the system and to realize system acceptanceAssist the Key users with writing the necessary documentationImplement the necessary reporting during each project based on the available data setsImplement and monitor the authorizations in the system so that sensitive and critical data/processes are protected.Coach more junior Domain SpecialistKeep the project manager(s) informed about project progress and issuesAccomplish the transition to support after go-live of a roll-outManage medium-sized to large projectsSupport the Digital Architect in functional analysis work (Proof of Concepts)Within his/her subdomain/competence, support from a functional point of view the applications installed by HQPerform SAP 3rd line support when needed, in collaboration with the Global Support TeamWrite functional specifications for new approved Change RequestsOptimize the system used in subsidiaries running the HQ chosen application and help the subsidiaries to use the application in a more efficient wayAnalyze and identify improvement & best practice areas within the organizationBuild key user communities to share best practices,
