fonio.ai is seeking a Sales Lead to own the Italian market, building and leading an AE team from the ground up. You will hire, ramp, coach and drive day-to-day execution, while staying hands-on on deals when needed to maintain momentum.
You will own the Italian sales number with monthly and yearly targets and ensure a reliable forecast. Work closely with Marketing on lead generation and with Customer Success on clean handoffs.
