In this role, you will be the technical architect for Salesforce's D360 Data Cloud initiative, guiding customers in shaping data, AI, and CRM solutions. You’ll work with account executives, solutions engineering, product, and marketing to ensure D360 delivers clear value and drives adoption. You’ll help define use cases, create demos, and contribute to the product roadmap with customer feedback. This is a fast-paced, collaborative position at the heart of Salesforce’s AI-driven GTM strategy.

Responsabilidades

- Experience in solutions engineering/solutions architecture/technical consulting in B2B SaaS
- Strong verbal xugodme and presentation abilities for senior stakeholders
- Ability to articulate Data and CRM relationships (Customer360)
- Proven track record leading strategy and digital roadmaps in complex environments
- Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Cloud tech, BI, and CRM products
- Proficiency in Javascript, Python, and SQL or Salesforce App Development with LWCs/Apex/Flow
