What does it take to turn a new client's paperwork into a live multi-currency account that can move money across sixteen currencies without a missing field? This is a Business Operations Intern turning the onboarding and systems playbooks into working flows for EXFI operations. EXFI gives globally operating companies one multi-currency account with dedicated IBANs in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, CHF and 13+ currencies, SWIFT and SEPA payment rails, competitive FX, and intercompany settlement.

Payment services are provided by Gemba Finance Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA, FRN 804853); EXFI is Gemba's white-label distribution partner and is not a bank and not itself FCA-authorised.

You leave with the proof employers hire on: a working onboarding workflow you made, found the break in, and fixed. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof.

What you build

Not a task list. The thing you build.

You build the onboarding runbook that takes a client from application to a live multi-currency account.

You work on the CRM fields and document checklists that keep KYC and AML files complete before a payment moves.

The weekly reconciliation dashboard that shows every account, balance, and missing compliance item is the Friday report.

You have assembled an onboarding pack from messy source documents and named the missing fields.

A reconciliation sheet you made runs without you in the room.

A documentation error stopped a payment from moving, and the checklist was changed so it did not happen twice.

A hard operations problem stayed on the table until the workflow was clean.

Who this is for

Recent graduates in finance, economics, business, or accounting who want hands-on exposure to a regulated payments operation. You work until the file is complete.



You treat a missing beneficiary field as a problem to solve, then you change the workflow so it cannot sit unseen again. Numbers, spreadsheets, compliance pressure — you stay calm and close the loop.

Where you do it — and why here

Thirty years building companies — New York, London, Tokyo, the Valley — and then it stopped mattering where the work happened. So the group runs this from Canggu, Bali. Epic Solutions PT runs the on-site program in Canggu, Bali.

A modern company costs twelve people and a toolchain — so being wrong six times a year is part of how we work. The campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run the companies are on it every day. You sit in the room where onboarding files get opened, where a missing beneficiary field stops a payment, where the reconciliation dashboard is checked and the exception is chased until it is closed.

Monday resets the queue. Friday sends what you fixed. What this location buys is attention, not a view.

What happens after For this track, the paid destination is Melbourne. The internship is step one. The destination role and its terms are agreed before you commit, never after. We state the path; we do not guarantee a seat.

Terms

Unpaid under Indonesian law. A room is available on campus. Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process. Daily lunch on us. Starting September.
