We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.What you’ll be doingTest Approach and PlanningDefine and maintain a risk-based test approach across SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and transformation activities.Enforce entry and exit criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and sign-off checkpoints with the stakeholders.Build and maintain the test suite covering process variants, integrations, controls and non-functional aspects.Ensure traceability from business requirements through test scenarios and evidence to acceptance decisions.Test Execution and Cycle ManagementPlan,



schedule and run test cycles across:System Integration Testing (SIT)End-to-end TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Non-functional TestingCoordinate process and system teams together with business SMEs for execution and formal sign-off.Create, update and execute manual and automated test cases.Consolidate test status and expedite at technical programme level.Defect ManagementLead defect management and triage, covering severity, ownership, SLA, root cause and retest.Drive cross-team resolution to closure and remove blockers impacting cycle progress.Test Data and Non-functional TestingEnforce the test data strategy (synthetic versus masked production data, provisioning, refresh, privacy and compliance) and confirm data readiness per cycle.Integrate non-functional testing into the cycle plan: performance, security and authorisation, failover, batch and throughput, usability.Planning, Reporting and Stakeholder ManagementTrack test KPIs (coverage, pass rate, severity mix, MTTR, defect leakage) and enforce the reporting cadence towards PMO and sponsors.Align with Business Process Owners, Engineering Leadership and SI / partners on scope, readiness and sign-off.Surface quality risks with clear business impact and ensure the leadership has a transparent, decision ready view of testing progress.What you’ll bring6--10 years in testing / QA,



including 3 years managing test cycles. MustProven Test Manager experience in SAP programmes (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO). MustProven experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams. MustStrong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams. MustDeep understanding of business process value streams (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs). MustStrong command of test management and ALM tools and requirement traceability practices. MustExcellent communication, stakeholder management and risk reporting to senior leadership. MustExperience working with System Integrators and complex vendor ecosystems. MustExperience with POS, e-commerce, selling and logistics systems. Need toExperience with test automation tools. Need toBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
