In this role, you will lead forecasting efforts for Sanofi’s portfolio, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and hub teams to deliver long- and short-term patient, volume, and revenue forecasts. You will drive scenario planning, pressure-test assumptions with external inputs, and present strategic insights to leadership. This position supports GTMC-driven modernization of go-to-market capabilities, enabling data-driven decisions across markets.

You will shape forecast accuracy while collaborating across functions to align with global guidance and product strategy.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead long- and short-range forecast development for inline and launch products
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Market Research to source inputs and harmonize forecasts across assets/functions
- Enhance models to reflect brand strategy and payer/price dynamics




- Design and test forecast inputs through studies and external data sources
- Prepare forecast presentations for US Commercial and Integral leadership
- Align deliverables with Global guidance and Su0026OP processes
- Provide ad-hoc data-driven insights for brand reviews and strategic initiatives
- Supervise day-to-day Hub operations and ensure GTMC process adherence
- Collaborate with Data Management and external providers to maintain forecast accuracy

Responsabilidades xugodme

- BA/BS with minimum 7 years in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting (MS/MBA/PhD may be considered)
- Strong business acumen and communication/presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities; proficient in Excel
- Proven strategic thinking with knowledge of pharma landscape
- Proactive, structured, and self-motivated; able to meet deadlines
- Experience in a matrix, cross-functional environment
