Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the General Sourcing area. You will be working within Global Sourcing Indirects team performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS
Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day-to-day execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements
Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases
Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct
Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts,



and support internal stakeholders with PR/PO issues
Supplier & Vendor Management: Support supplier onboarding, master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail changes
Market Analysis, Financial Support & Process Improvement
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Law or Business Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives
