In this role you will:
The global Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide learning strategies that build future-ready capabilities across regions. This role drives innovation in learning, ensures consistency in general standards, and fosters a culture of continuous development through strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and learning technologies.

Key elements to this role include, but not limited to:

Lead the implementation of the learning strategy aligned with organisational goals.

Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programmes.

Partner with regional and functional leaders to tailor learning solutions to local needs

Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Centers of Excellence to embed learning into broader talent
