Founder-led execution must now become a scalable, process-led operating model. More projects, residents, investors and regulatory complexity require clearer ownership, stronger control, reliable reporting and a consistent operating rhythm.

While the CEO focuses on growth, capital, strategy and partnerships, the COO translates decisions and ambition into predictable execution.

You own delivery.

The role

As COO, you build and run the operational backbone of weVLC across project and renovation delivery, financial control, compliance, investor success, tenant experience and team performance.

You connect business areas, clarify ownership, establish rhythm and ensure decisions translate into consistent execution at scale. You have the mandate to professionalise the operating model, build and lead the team and make decisions across projects, operations and reporting.

What you will own

- End-to-end operational execution.
- Acquisitions,



renovations and property transformations.
- Timelines, budget discipline, quality control.
- Operational P&L; and project-level financial control.
- Building and leading the operational team.
- Supplier, contractor and stakeholder coordination.
- Compliance, operational risk and investor success.
- Tenant experience and community operations.
- Scalable processes, dashboards and accountability.

Success means projects are delivered on time, on budget and to weVLC standards; ownership is clear; performance is transparent; investors receive reliable reporting; and residents experience weVLC as premium, responsive and connected.

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for a senior operator who wants real ownership and is motivated by complexity, structure and building a company that can scale.

The most important requirement is proven experience moving an operationally complex business from founder-led execution to a process-led operating model.

weVLC is not an infinitely scalable software business. Its complexity comes from coordinating multiple stakeholders in an asset- and labour-intensive physical operation. Sector expertise is valuable, but the ability to build scalable processes, accountability and performance matters more than deep renovation or property-management experience alone.

What you bring.

- 8–15+ years of relevant operational leadership experience.
- Proven experience scaling a multi-stakeholder, asset- and labour-intensive business.




- Multi-project responsibility across budgets, timelines, suppliers and teams.
- Strong financial P&L;, analytical and reporting capability.
- Experience implementing scalable processes, KPIs and reporting rhythms.
- Experience building and leading performance-driven teams.
- Confidence working with founders, boards, investors and international stakeholders.
- Strong English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Full-time, in-office commitment in Valencia.
