WHAT YOU’LL DOWithin the Payroll Department, you will be responsible for executing the full payroll process and ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with local laws, regulations and the Company’s established processing guidelines.Review all new hires in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and process any necessary correctionsCalculate and process termination paymentsProcess salary changes, calculate back pay and additional earnings such as overtime and shift allowancesBe responsible for calculating deductions and ensuring employees’ sick leave and vacation time are accurateProvide support to the stores regarding payroll matters, delivering outstanding customer service to our internal customers addressing all payroll-related questions and concernsWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou will be part of the Payroll Department, collaborating closely with colleagues in Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR, as well as store teams.WHO YOU AREA degree in Labour Relations or LawA minimum of 2 years’ experience running the full payroll process, either in an in‑house payroll department or within a payroll service providerExperience handling payroll calculations, incidences and settlementsFluency in Spanish and intermediate EnglishCurious and ambitious to learn and develop, with a proactive approach to gaining new knowledge and improving continuouslyDetail-oriented, with a strong customer service mindset, ensuring accuracy, quality, and a supportive approach in all payroll interactionsProactive, committed,
