Sales Executive – Barcelona
Join Click&Boat; as a Sales Executive, managing Spanish‑speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals.
Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and advise on boat selection, negotiating best options with owners – working from warm leads only.
Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and guiding customers through the process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive repeat bookings.
Achieve an annual target distributed monthly and/or quarterly; over‑performance is rewarded.
Work at least one Saturday per month with a planned recuperation day.
Qualifications
Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
1–2 years of successful sales experience preferred.
Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and upsell.
Team player, communicative and customer‑satisfaction‑driven.
