About The Role

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support leadership in improving care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex, multi-source healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure BI outputs meet the quality, compliance, and governance standards expected in regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, clinical operations,
and AI researchers — to align analytics with real-world needs
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know what good looks like in this space
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and scalable data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into clear, decision-ready insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven — you hold your work and your team's work to a high standard
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
- Background in clinical operations, health informatics, or healthcare IT
- Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy or clinical relevance
