Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your deep expertise in clinical analytics could directly shape how AI understands and interprets healthcare data for millions of patients and providers? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI teams in transforming complex healthcare data into trusted insights — and to help train the AI systems that will power the next generation of clinical decision-making.
This is a fully remote, versátil contract role built for senior healthcare analytics professionals who want meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, surface actionable insights, and support leadership decisions
- Apply your healthcare domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to clinical analytics, data interpretation, and BI workflows
- Ensure data quality and consistency across clinical, administrative, and operational datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a strong command of business intelligence principles and tools
- Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated environments
- Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and executive stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and systematic — you build for accuracy and trust, not just speed
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
- Background in healthcare informatics, health IT, or clinical operations
- Experience evaluating or auditing AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clinical relevance
