Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to whole-schoolpriorities, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold the highest safeguardingstandards.As EAL Teacher & Language Centre Lead, you willoversee the day-to-day operation of the Language Centre while deliveringhigh-quality English language programmes for students requiring additionallanguage support.You will assess language proficiency, design and deliver targetedinterventions, monitor student progress, and work closely with families andteachers to ensure students reach their full potential. The role also plays akey part in supporting new student admissions, developing innovative languageprogrammes, and contributing to the continued growth and success of theLanguage Centre.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess English language proficiency and learning needsDeliver targeted EAL support for individuals and small groupsTrack progress, maintain records,
