Job Summary
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support working as an embedded resource within the client’s ecosystem.
This role focuses on the creation, development, and execution of high-volume, template-driven design assets across digital and print formats, ensuring consistency with Amazon’s brand guidelines.
The designer will work directly with the client’s US-based production team, receiving briefs and delivering assets within a structured workflow environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop master templates for recurring assets (banners, presentations, internal materials)
Produce and adapt final design deliverables based on provided briefs
Execute layout design using pre-existing assets (copy, imagery, brand elements)
Ensure strict adherence to Amazon brand guidelines
Localize designs for different EMEA markets and languages
Work on a mix of:
Digital assets (banners, internal communications, presentations)
Print materials (POS, basic print layouts)
Collaborate directly with US-based production teams (Los Angeles)
Manage feedback cycles and implement design refinements and iterations
Deliver assets autonomously within agreed timelines
Role Characteristics
High-volume, low-complexity design execution
Strong focus on consistency, speed, and accuracy
Mix of:
Creating templates from scratch
Adapting and updating existing ones
Periods of high activity alternating with low workload
Minimal day-to-day supervision — requires self-management and reliability
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
Solid foundation in graphic design and layout principles
Strong ability to create clean, structured, visually appealing layouts
Experience working with brand guidelines
Ability to design both:
Digital formats
Print formats (CMYK, InDesign basics)
Tools
Figma (preferred – Amazon environment)
Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Other Requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory – all communication is in English)
Experience working with templates and scalable design systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Nice to Have
Experience working with large global brands
Exposure to multi-market localization
Experience in high-volume production environments
Basic understanding of presentation design (PowerPoint)
