Foundever is looking for French and English Customer Support Specialists to join an international project supporting a leading company in the electronic device warranty and insurance sector. Key responsibilities: * Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices. * Handle customer queries, incidents, and claims professionally and efficiently. * Provide customer support in French while using English as a working language. * Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
