About the role
We're looking for an experienced
AI Team Lead
to join our innovative team and drive the development of cutting‑edge applications leveraging
Large Language Models (LLMs) . The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in
Python development , machine learning and a proven track record of deploying robust, scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy
production‑ready systems that integrate and utilize state‑of‑the‑art LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, specialized models).
Implement and optimize
data pipelines
for model training, fine‑tuning, and inference, ensuring high performance and data quality.
Develop robust, scalable and maintainable
Python
codebases, APIs, and microservices to support LLM‑powered applications.
Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and viable AI solutions.
Conduct
experimentation, evaluation, and iteration
on model/algorithm performance, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, AI/ML methodologies, and relevant tooling (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases).
