The Business Unit Adsorbents & Additives is seeking a driven and technically credible Product Manager Adsorbents to be based primarily at our site in Tarragona, Spain. In this role, you will take ownership of the specific product portfolio, acting as the key connector between operations, sales, R&D;, marketing, and customers to optimize the product lifecycle and maximize business group profitability. This position reports directly to the Product and Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product portfolio and lifecycle
Define and maintain pricing guidelines, ensuring compliance across sales channels
Approve formulations, product and raw material specifications, and packaging standards
Drive product lifecycle decisions,



including portfolio pruning and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure full regulatory compliance, coordinating with corporate and regulatory teams on product documentation
Lead resolution of customer complaints, balancing customer satisfaction with operational feasibility
Initiate and manage innovation and improvement projects in close collaboration with R&D; and technical teams
Evaluate and implement strategies to access new market segments (e.g., Pharmaceutical industry)
Partner with Marketing to develop technical content, training materials, and trade show contributions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Management, and Sales Managers to align on product strategy and execution
The role also involves travel to engage with customers and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product manag
