Our group's CEO, COO and CFO need to be able to focus on what really matters. You serve as the link between the top management's vision and the team's execution. Your job is to analyze, resolve bottlenecks, coordinate and anticipate so that nothing falls through the cracks.ResponsibilitiesStrategic management supportPrepare and facilitate management meetings (Executive Committee, OKRs, Board), and coordinate quarterly All-hands meetingsOwn and monitor dashboards to steer efficiency across destinations and companiesTrack KPIs (marketing, finance, tech, etc.) and produce actionable reports; challenge assumptionsBe accountable for the OKRs process, with our People DirectorConduct ad hoc analyses of the market, competition and business model when decisions require itPrepare presentations for quarterly All-hands meetings, investors, partners and key eventsRepresent top management on certain internal mattersFacilitate and coordinate AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessionsProject managementLead certain cross-functional initiatives and projects (CSR project, AI & Productivity Champions program, etc)Track progress on projects priorities, identify deviations and propose adjustmentsLead internal reorganisation initiatives (policies, processes, tools, reporting)Lead high-priority projects that top management doesn't have the bandwidth to handle (security projects, compliance projects, business development projects,



etc)Take the initiative in suggesting improvements to the group and work processesConduct quality checks, ensuring our standards are met everywhere, all the timeTools managementBe accountable for the following tools within the group: GSuite, Notion, 1Password, Slack and AircallLead Notion-related projects, liaising with our Notion consultantComplete quarterly critical system users checkTest AI solutions that are built in-houseContribute to the adoption of AI across the groupDepending on priorities as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved in other projects, in line with your qualifications.KEY INFORMATIONEmployment start: as soon as possibleReporting to the CEO (Maxime Friess) and COO (Laurent Lacourt)Position based in BarcelonaOccasional travel across our destinations and to key events, as neededPermanent contract (indefinite Spanish contract)Part-time or full-time position: 24 hours to 40 hours / week (i.e 60%-100%).
