Work regular days as a Client Support Specialist for the LATAM market during 14:00–22:00 hours
Communicate remotely with clients via email, phone, and chat
Provide clients with information about Mapon products
Proactively resolve problems and troubleshoot solutions and devices
Plan installation trips for technical specialists to clients and support technician work
Collect and analyze data
Cover colleagues’ duties during holidays, business trips, studies, or sick leave
Assist the Integral Support team with incoming tasks
Follow organizational policies and regulations
Comply with confidentiality commitments
Act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values
Requirements

More than 2 years of previous client support experience
Experience using ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or HubSpot
Previous IoT experience valued
Great organizational skills
Responsibility with assigned tasks
Effective communication skills for providing key information to the Direct Manager or other departments
Willingness and ability to help people




Ability to react quickly and concentrate in stressful situations
Organized and proactive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and independently identify the next task
Proficient Spanish and English language skills
Other language skills valued
Ability to work 14:00–22:00 hours
Ability to provide two references from previous workplaces for the background check
