The Role

As a Company Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our Fiduciary team — overseeing a portfolio of client companies, drafting corporate documentation, and building strong relationships with clients across Gibraltar and beyond.

What You'll Do

- Keep statutory registers and records accurate and fully compliant with Gibraltar's Companies Act
- File statutory forms — Annual Returns, director/shareholder changes, share allotments and transfers, and more
- Draft key corporate documents: board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, Powers of Attorney
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients on company maintenance and legal obligations
- Liaise with lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, Companies House Gibraltar and other service providers
- Keep an eye on filing deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks
- Support bank account openings and changes
- Maintain organised,



up-to-date electronic client files
- Get involved in ad hoc projects and help shape best practice across the team
