Manpower is currently partnering with a leading global logistics organization to identify a Compliance Director who will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the compliance agenda across a complex international business.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior compliance leader to work closely with executive management, driving a culture of integrity while supporting business growth across multiple regions and markets.

As the senior compliance business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on a broad range of regulatory and ethical matters, ensuring compliance is embedded into commercial decisions and operational activities throughout the organization.

Tasks

Leading and continuously enhancing the Compliance Program across a global logistics network.

Advising senior stakeholders on key compliance risks and regulatory developments.

Overseeing critical areas including

Economic sanctions and embargoes

Export controls and international trade compliance

Anti-bribery & corruption

Anti-money laundering and financial crime

Competition law

Data privacy

Third-party risk management

Conducting risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities, investigations, and remediation programs.

Supporting strategic initiatives,



market expansion, partnerships, and other high-impact business decisions from a compliance perspective.

Promoting a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and responsible business practices across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

12+ years of experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or Governance functions.

Strong expertise in sanctions, export controls, AML, anti-corruption frameworks, and international regulatory compliance.

Experience operating within multinational, highly regulated environments.

Background in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, infrastructure, or similar sectors is highly desirable.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
