Role Description The Masajista will provide high-quality massage treatments to clients, including relaxation and therapeutic services aligned with Sulis Hammam & Spa standards. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, conducting brief consultations to understand their needs, and recommending appropriate massage techniques and complementary spa services.

The Masajista will prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure a calm, professional ambiance throughout each session. This part-time role is on-site, based at Sulis Hammam & Spa in Madrid,



and requires close collaboration with the spa team to deliver a consistent, exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and create a welcoming environment for diverse guests.
- Proficiency in body massage techniques, with solid experience in relaxation and wellness-focused treatments.
- Training or experience in therapeutic massage and stress management to support guests’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Knowledge or practice of Shiatsu or similar bodywork modalities is highly valued.
- Formal certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field, in accordance with local regulations.
- Ability to maintain strict hygiene standards and follow health and safety protocols in treatment areas.
- Comfort working in a luxury spa environment, with attention to detail and respect for client privacy and boundaries.
- Basic communication skills in Spanish; additional languages such as English are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends, based on spa scheduling needs.
