No half-cracked eggs.What you'll be doingIn this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical events, meetings and congressesAssist with attendee management, logistics coordination, supplier communication and project administration activitiesPrepare project documentation, reporting materials and tracking tools to support successful event deliveryMaintain project timelines,
action logs and event documentation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detailCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution across multiple projectsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new tools, technologies and ways of workingWhat you'll bring(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)Experience & skills2-4 years of experience within event management, event coordination or project coordination rolesPrevious experience working within an event agency environmentExperience supporting corporate, pharmaceutical or healthcare eventsStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, together with strong written and verbal communication skillsFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, and availability to travel regularlyHow we work at eggThings move fast here.
