GTM Process & Policy Analyst | 100% Remote | Contract role

A general technology company is looking for a GTM Process & Policy Analyst to bring structure, consistency, and operational rigor to how its revenue teams execute. You will design and standardize processes, define policies, and establish the metrics that enable predictable performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong Sales/GTM Operations or GTM Strategy background who enjoys turning ambiguity into scalable systems: aligning stakeholders, documenting standards, and driving adoption through change management.

What you'll do:

- Design and standardize end-to-end GTM processes (lead flow, opportunity management, renewals, expansion), including clear roles, handoffs, and SLAs
- Define and maintain GTM policies and operating standards (pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, attribution)
- Build and own core GTM metrics and reporting to surface risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into CRM and tooling changes,



partnering with technology teams on prioritization, delivery, and rollout
- Identify execution gaps through data and stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement

What you bring:

- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or GTM Strategy (or equivalent experience)
- Track record leading cross-functional GTM programs with clear business outcomes (improved conversion, forecast accuracy, cycle time, retention/expansion)
- Proven ability to design, document, and scale processes and policies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with Clari and modern GTM tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with messy data and translating insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to influence without authority and drive change adoption
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
